We will do our best to register you in your first Class choice. If that class is full you will be put in your second choice  and so on. 
Should a space become available registrants will be moved up in order of registration date. 

THIS IS A WEEKEND EVENT. THERE IS NO DAY USE OPTION.

Please note: supply lists can be downloaded at www.ecoaa.ca under the name of your preferred instructor.
you will receive your class confirmation, supply list and Itinerary by email sent to the address you have provided above.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you provide written notice of cancellation: 
Cancel before Thursday Aug. 24 with 75% refund + $50 Admin fee 
Cancel between August 25, 2023 to September 7, 2023 with 50% refund + $50 Admin Fee
After September 8, 2023 or later, 0% refund
